Spanish Schengen Visa Applications Now Accepted at Intiana Centers

Starting November 14, 2025, applicants in Pakistan can submit their Spanish Schengen visa applications exclusively through Intiana’s dedicated centers across the country, after preparing all required documents.

The Embassy of Spain in Islamabad is not responsible if any passenger is denied boarding by:

  • The airline
  • Immigration authorities in Spain
  • Immigration authorities in Pakistan

Travelers must ensure they meet all travel, health, and immigration requirements before departure.


Important Announcement for Pakistanis Legally Residing in Spain

The Spanish authorities have released important updates regarding legal stay and residency documentation, particularly for individuals affected during the state of alarm:

1. Automatic Extension of Legal Stay

Those legally present in Spain (with or without a visa) for up to 90 days, whose stay expired during the state of alarm, receive an automatic 3-month extension.
This extension is valid only within Spain.

2. Extension of Temporary Residence & Work Authorizations

Authorizations for:

  • Residence
  • Work
  • Study stay
  • Student mobility
  • Non-labor internships
  • Voluntary services

…that expired during the state of alarm or within the 90 days before it are automatically extended.
This extension lasts 6 months after the end of the state of alarm.

3. Extension of EU Family Member Cards & Foreigner Identity Cards

Expired cards of:

  • Family members of EU citizens
  • Foreigner identity cards (TIE)

…are automatically extended for 6 months from the end of the state of alarm.

4. Entry Into Spain With Expired Cards

Foreigners outside Spain may return by presenting:

  • A valid travel document, and
  • An expired EU Family Member Card or Foreign Identity Card, issued in Spain.

Important Notice: Updated Visa Submission & Fee Rules

Extended Visa Submission Window

As of 2nd November, travelers may submit their visa application up to 6 months before travel (previously 3 months).

  • Seafarers may submit up to 9 months in advance.

Updated Visa Application Form

A new visa application form has been introduced. Applicants must ensure they are using the updated version.

Visa Fee Increase — Effective June 11, 2025

  • Applicants above 12 years: €90
  • Applicants 6 to 11 years: €45
  • Children under 6 years: Free

Intiana Updates Its GDPR-Compliant Privacy Policy

Intiana has revised its Privacy Policy to fully comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from May 25, 2018.

The updated policy highlights:
